The Opportunity
We're seeking a seasoned Senior UX & UI Designer to lead the creation of intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital solutions. Drive the full design lifecycle from research and strategy to delivery, ensuring every product is grounded in human-centred design and aligned with business goals.
As a key member of our agile delivery teams, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, and developers to transform complex requirements into seamless user journeys. Your work will harmonise with existing design systems while pushing boundaries to elevate user satisfaction and digital adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and competitor analysis to uncover insights
Develop personas and journey maps to guide design decisions and align with user needs
Translate business goals into actionable design strategies and user-centric solutions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and information architecture for intuitive navigation
Design responsive UI components and document styles for multi-device applications
Apply accessibility and usability best practices across all design outputs
Collaborate with the Digital Team to align schedules and manage cross-initiative dependencies
Work with developers to ensure seamless implementation within the Outsystems platform
Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides for consistent delivery
Deliver validated research, testable prototypes, and data-driven design iterations
Ensure interfaces meet brand standards and drive high user satisfaction
Essential Skills & Experience
10+ years of UX/UI design experience, including senior roles in corporate environments ideally within Financial Services
Proven ability to translate organisational needs into impactful design outcomes
Expertise in design strategy, user research, usability testing, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design
Strong visual design skills—layout, typography, and data visualisation
Proficiency in Figma, Miro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other leading design tools
Bachelor's degree in a relevant design discipline plus industry certifications
Experience working in agile environments, especially with Outsystems platforms
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and project alignment
