About the role
Working on a major oil and gas project based in Sale, the Project Administrator will provide vital support to the Operations Manager and Project Team across all aspects of project and office administration. This role includes coordinating site logistics, assisting with financial and document control processes, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily project activities.
The position is confirmed until February 2026, with the possibility of extension, and is a Monday to Friday role with flexibility available. The ideal candidate is proactive and organised, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders in a dynamic site-based environment.
Your responsibilities encompass:
- Coordinate rosters, flights, and accommodation for all site and office-based personnel.
- Support financial administration including monthly invoicing, subcontractor progress claims, and timesheet reviews.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, correspondence, and transmittals in line with company standards.
- Manage supplier and subcontractor information, raise purchase orders, and source pricing for materials and services as required.
- Provide general administrative support including meeting coordination, minute-taking, and end-of-month reporting.
- Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, site teams, and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
About you
- Previous experience in an administration or project support role, ideally in a site-based or project environment.
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing workloads.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project) and experience with SAGE or similar systems.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Current Driver's Licence.
