About the role
Karrinyup Waters Resort is seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance and caravan park host to join our team on either a full-time 4 day week Wednesday to Saturday or part-time basis 3 day week Thursday to Saturday.
This role is responsible for maintaining the pools, gardens and landscaping across our caravan park along with guest relations and park host.
What you'll be doing
- Park host greeting caravans, daily allocation of sites and showing guests to site
- Daily pool maintenance across our 3 pools
- Regularly mow, edge and trim the lawns and gardens
- Prune and maintain trees, shrubs and other plants
- Remove weeds, leaves and debris to keep the grounds tidy
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment and variety of tools
- Assist with all general maintenance and improvements within the resort
- Contribute to the overall presentation and upkeep of the resort
What we're looking for
- Reliability - The role is a permanent 4 days, Wednesday to Saturday 7am to 6pm or the option of a 3 day week Thursday to Saturday 7am to 6pm
- Experience in guest relations or dealing with the public
- Experience in reversing trailers and caravans
- Experience in grounds maintenance or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance
- Good physical fitness and stamina to carry out manual tasks
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Permanent working rights in Australia as this is a long term permanent role.
- Preferably someone living a short commute to our workplace

Karrinyup Waters Resort is seeking a full time reliable person for Wednesday to Saturday 7am to 6pm or the option of a 3 day week Thursday to Saturday.
