About Thrive North Gosford (Koolyangarra)
Located in the heart of the community, Thrive North Gosford has been a pillar of quality care and education since 1991. With an exceptional reputation, a long-standing team, and strong ties to local families, this purpose-built centre is a warm and welcoming environment.

About the Role:
We're on the lookout for a Certificate III qualified educator who is dedicated to delivering high-quality early childhood education and care.
This role will see you working part time, 2 days per week (Thursday and Friday).
In this role, you'll be an integral part of a dedicated and supportive team that values collaboration, creativity, and contribution.
What You'll Do:
- Build genuine, trusting relationships with children, families, and your team.
- Use your sound knowledge of the EYLF to guide your practice and planning.
- Communicate effectively and positively with families.
- Actively contribute to programming and documentation.
- Bring your ideas, voice, and passion — they'll be welcomed and valued.
What You'll Need:
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- A valid NSW Working With Children Check
- Solid understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
