Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified NDT Trainer/Technician to join our fast-growing team. The NDT Trainer/Technician will be responsible for providing training and supervision to technicians and inspectors on non-destructive testing methods. You should be a competent professional with a strong knowledge of NDT. In addition to having excellent written and verbal communication skills, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate outstanding presentation and interpersonal abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training on NDT methods to technicians and inspectors

  • Develop NDT training materials

  • Keep up-to-date with technological advancements and industry trends in NDT

  • Evaluate the performance of trainees and provide feedback

  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions

  • Provide technical support to trainees during and after training

  • Maintain records of training activities

Required Qualifications:

  • Certification in at least two NDT methods (UT, MT, PT, RT and ET)

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in NDT testing and inspection

  • Proven experience in developing and delivering NDT training programs

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
