Kilmac Civil has a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Concreter (ABN Subcontractor) to join our team.

We're seeking someone motivated, reliable and skilled in civil concrete works, who takes pride in delivering high-quality outcomes and enjoys working within a supportive and professional team environment.

We are seeking a concreter experienced in civil and structural concrete works, including:

• Concrete placement and finishing for pits, slabs, footpaths, headwalls, retaining structures and civil infrastructure
• Screeding, trowelling and achieving high-quality finishes
• Operating concrete tools and equipment (walk-behind and hand trowels, vibrators, screeds)
• Working alongside formworkers, steelfixers and plant operators
• Assisting with site preparation, pours, and set-up
• General labouring duties as required to support the crew

• Minimum 2–3+ years' concreting experience in civil or structural environments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to perform manual duties
• Construction White Card
• Current NSW Driver's Licence
• Valid ABN
• RIW Card (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong commitment to safe work practices
• Reliable transport to sites across Sydney

• $45–$65 per hour ABN rate (experience-based)
• Consistent 40+ hours per week with weekend/overtime opportunities
• Ongoing work across Sydney with councils, utilities and private developers
• Supportive team culture with a strong safety focus
• Work with a contractor known for stability, professionalism and long-term project delivery
