Remuneration: $60,000 – $70,000 + Super

At Pure Desi, we're passionate about crafting authentic Indian sweets and baked goods using traditional recipes and premium ingredients. We're looking for a committed, skilled team member to join our evening production team full-time at our St Marys facility.

About the Role:

This hands-on production role involves preparing and baking a wide range of Indian sweets and baked items. You'll work as part of a close-knit team, helping meet daily production targets while maintaining high standards in taste, consistency, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare traditional Indian sweets such as Burfi, Halwa, MILK CAKE and DHODA
• Maintain high-quality control and portion consistency
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards
• Work efficiently and productively during evening hours in a team-based environment

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in Indian sweets, commercial kitchens, or bakery production is highly regarded
• Strong work ethic and availability for full-time evening shifts
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions in a fast-paced setting
• Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• Knowledge of food safety is preferred
