About the role

EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST are open for an experienced Wheel Alignment Technician to join the team at our new JAX Tyres & Auto store opening in Munno Para.

As a full-time Wheel Alignment Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional vehicle wheel alignment services to our customers, ensuring the safety and performance of their vehicles.

Prior to the Munno Para store opening, successful candidates will commence employment at our Gilles Plains location for training.

What you'll be doing

  1. Performing precise wheel alignments using state-of-the-art equipment and technology
  2. Diagnosing and troubleshooting wheel alignment issues
  3. Communicating with customers to understand their vehicle needs and providing recommendations
  4. Maintaining detailed records of all wheel alignment services performed
  5. Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
  6. Collaborating with the broader team to deliver a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Wheel Alignment Technician
  2. Current and valid Driver's Licence
  3. Strong technical knowledge and expertise in wheel alignment theory and procedures
  4. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex vehicle alignment issues
  5. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively
  6. Proven track record of delivering high-quality, reliable work
  7. Commitment to upholding workplace health and safety standards
