We build the capability of thousands ofleaders, teachers, and educators each year through accredited training, blendedlearning, coaching & mentoring programs, and networking events.The opportunityGowrie hasbeen selected at the provisional provider of two new early learning services inGeelong as part of the Victorian Government's Kindergarten on School Sitesprogram. Co -located with Oberon Primary School and Grovedale Primary School,our two new services will provide free sessional kindergarten for 3–4 -year -oldsin 2026. This expansion allows us to provide high -quality early learning to morechildren and families in the Geelong community and to build strong and lastingrelationships with children, families, schools, and the local early childhoodcommunity.We'relooking for educators to join our team in ensuring the success of our newservices. You will be a qualified Educator (Cert III or Diploma) with more than12 months of experience. You'll bring sound knowledge of the NQF and approvedEarly Learning Frameworks and experience in implementing programs that areinclusive and respond to children's interests. We are looking for goodcommunicators who are able to work effectively in diverse teams and create awelcoming environment for children and families.At Gowrie,our strength is our culture.
