We Are Looking for a new Team Leader Painter

Are you passionate about painting and leading a team to success? Jay Duggin Painting is on the lookout for a dynamic Team Leader Painter who can inspire creativity and drive excellence across our varied projects. This is a unique opportunity to join a company that values collaboration, each team members input and fostering a culture of respect, innovation, and teamwork.

Your role:

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's continued success.

  • Lead and motivate a team of skilled painters. Team size between 2-5 painters.
  • Ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee all aspects of painting projects, from initial concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients, designers, and project managers to understand and fulfill project requirements.
  • Keep our worksites safe and ensure the team is on top of our painting gear and supplies
  • Build and nurture great relationships with clients, builders, and other partners external to the business
  • Give regular job updates to the Manager, clients and the team
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and services, upholding our reputation as industry leaders.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a White Card
  • Valid driver's license
  • Police Clearance
