At Trilogy Care, we're on a mission to empower older Australians to live confidently and independently at home. Our team is expanding, and we're looking for people who are passionate about connection, communication, and making a real impact in the lives of others.
We're growing our Sales & Client Experience team, and we're looking for talented individuals with sales or client retention experience – people who thrive on building relationships, understanding client needs, and creating meaningful outcomes.
You might have a background in sales, customer success, client engagement, or community services – or maybe you simply have a knack for great conversations and a drive to help others. Either way, if you're motivated, empathetic, and love seeing clients succeed, we'd love to hear from you.

- Proactively connect with clients to check satisfaction and offer solutions
- Support clients seeking to exit by connecting them with solutions within our offering that improves their experience
- Inform Trilogy Care's Management Team of trends and insights to improve our overall offering and client satisfaction
- Protect and strengthen long-term client relationships that matter most

What You'll Be Doing
Depending on your strengths, you could be:
- Engaging new clients and guiding them through aged care options with empathy and clarity
- Supporting existing clients to make the most of their Home Care Packages and build trusted relationships
- Strengthening client retention by identifying opportunities to improve satisfaction and reduce churn
- Collaborating across teams to ensure clients have a seamless and positive experience from start to finish
- Using CRM systems and digital tools to manage interactions, track outcomes, and continuously improve how we deliver support
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in sales, client success, or relationship management
- Strong communication and listening skills – you know how to connect with people
- A balance of empathy and commercial awareness
- Confidence using CRM systems and managing pipelines or client portfolios
- A proactive, organised, and collaborative approach
- Understanding of aged care or community services (valued but not essential)
