Front Office Supervisor / Co-Caretaker – Oaks Casuarina Santai Resort

Oaks Casuarina Santai Resort has recently been recognised with a prestigious industry award, and we're looking for a passionate and driven Front Office Supervisor / Co-Caretaker to join our amazing team on a Full-Time basis.

About the role:

• Lead and inspire the front office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Conduct guest arrivals and departures with professionalism and warmth
• Oversee daily tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Support end-of-month reporting
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly
• Share in co-caretaking responsibilities to help maintain our beautiful resort

• Previous front office supervisory experience (hotel/resort preferred)
• Strong background in customer service with a positive, can-do attitude
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Professional presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work weekends if required
