As a Senior Crown Prosecutor, you will serve as a cornerstone of Queensland's legal system, tackling complex criminal cases while mentoring the next generation of legal professionals. Here's what makes this opportunity extraordinary:
Lead High-Stakes Prosecutions: Represent the Crown as leading counsel in complex superior court trials, ensuring that justice is served with precision and diligence.
Offer Expert Advice: Provide the Director of Public Prosecutions with authoritative insights on criminal law and evidence, guiding critical decisions that shape legal outcomes.
Exercise Prosecutorial Discretion: Independently make high-stakes decisions to initiate, modify, or discontinue serious criminal charges, an opportunity to wield real influence.
