About the Role:

Narwee Hotel is on the hunt for enthusiastic, reliable and versatile Hospitality All-Rounders to join our dynamic team If you're someone who can switch between pouring beers, taking orders in the bistro, running the gaming floor, and handling the bottleshop like a pro — we want to hear from you. You'll be working across multiple areas of the venue, bringing great service and energy to every corner of the hotel.

Duties Include:

  • Serving customers in the bar and bistro
  • Maintaining and operating the gaming room
  • Providing customer service in the bottleshop
  • Processing transactions and handling cash/EFTPOS
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment
  • Working as part of a supportive, fast-paced team

What We're Looking For:

  • RSA & RCG certification (essential) ARCG Preferred for the Right Candidate/ willingess to obtain
  • Previous hospitality experience (preferred but not required in all areas — training provided)
  • A flexible and proactive attitude
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly personality
  • Ability to work evenings and late nights during the week
  • Someone calm under pressure and comfortable multitasking
