The Opportunity:

As a Casual Educator at Explorers Early Learning, you'll be at the heart of our team, bringing warmth, creativity, and joy to our children's day. This role offers the chance to make an impact on young lives, supporting both our permanent educators and the children who rely on us.   • Engage with Innovative Learning: Collaborate with our team to bring the Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum to life, sparking curiosity and wonder in every child.
  • Provide Exceptional Care: Offer nurturing, attentive care and a love for learning that kids will remember for years to come.
  • Build Strong Connections: Form lasting bonds with children, families, and team members, creating a vibrant, supportive atmosphere for all.
  • Cultivate a Safe and Positive Space: Be a comforting presence that makes children feel valued, supported, and safe.

Who You Are:

  • You hold an approved ACECQA qualification (Certificate III or Higher).
  • You bring a passion for early childhood development and a commitment to child safety.
  • Certified in First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis care.
  • Equipped with a Working with Children Check and mandatory reporting credentials.
  • Authorized to work in Australia.
