About the role

The Fleet Administration Assistant role will sit within our Fleet team, supporting multiple functions across Repairs, Fleet & Maintenance. This role is based out of our office located near central station, is ideal for someone with a passion for administration and a keen desire to step up and learn new skills. You will be joining a supportive team who will give you on the job training. 

Responsibilities
  • Data entry 
  • Processing of invoices 
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to manage completion dates  
  • Responsible for loading quotes 
  • Basic reporting 
  • Supporting across other fleet functions with ad hoc admin tasks 
What you'll bring
  • Experience working in a fast-paced administration role 
  • Experience working within Fleet Management or a keen interest to learn and develop your skills
  • High level attention to detail 
  • Intermediate Excel skills 
  • Comfortable learning and using technology
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
