About the Client:

Rio Tinto operates the world's largest integrated portfolio of iron ore assets, including 15 mines, four port facilities, and a 1,700km rail network in the Pilbara. They are expanding operations with cutting-edge technology to enhance efficiency, safety, and sustainability.

About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking an experienced Specialist Advisor for a role based at the Operations Centre in Belmont. This role is offering a Monday to Friday roster for a 4 month duration. In this role you will provide assistance to the Specialist Advisor who manages the electricity and water-related customer service functions for Pilbara Utilities, including billing and debt collection for up to 4,000 residential, commercial and employee customers across our towns, as well as building and land development application approvals. Specifically require assistance with account reconciliation

Key Responsibilities:


• Assist with account receivables account reconciliation and adhoc support requests

Skills & Experience:


• Strong financial and problem-solving skills, that is a self-starter


• Banking and account reconciliation


• Experience in Utilities billing is highly desirable


• Strong analytical and excel skills


• C class manual drivers licence
