About the role

In this role, you'll:

  • Provide parts interpretation and sales support to workshop, trade, retail and online customers
  • Build and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships
  • Assist and support the Parts Manager and wider team
  • Use dealer management systems to identify, source and order parts
  • Contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment

About you

You'll bring:

  • Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter (automotive industry preferred)
  • Strong computer literacy and aptitude for dealer management systems
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail and time management skills
  • A positive, "can-do" attitude and a drive to deliver outstanding customer service
