The Analyst - Fraud and Security, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will report to Profit Manager - Fraud and Security serves as the primary communicator for Fraud and Security initiatives within and outside the company, responsible for crafting and disseminating regular communication materials to stakeholders, fostering relationships with law enforcement, including managing the partnership with Crime Stoppers, and facilitating community police engagement. This role involves collaborating with various internal teams and external agencies to effectively convey Fraud & Security messages, strategies, and successes, while also serving as the key liaison with law enforcement.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Position exists to communicate Fraud & Security messaging within and outside of the business.
  • Support the Smarter Profit Fraud & Security Manager in managing external relationships, particularly police.
  • Manage and produce regular communication packages across a variety of mediums to key business stakeholders.
  • Tell the story of Fraud & Security initiatives, objectives, messages, and successes to team members in stores and Store Support Centres.
  • Manage Client's relationship with Crime Stoppers and ensure maximum value from the investment.
  • Promote community police engagement by stores.
  • Liaise with external bodies to address criminal impacts and act as point of contact for law.
  • All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, retail management or experience in related field within the retail industry, with a focus on criminality, loss prevention and law enforcement, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Knowledge of appropriate business communication protocols.
