A fantastic opportunity exists for a Senior Interior Designer to join a leading multidisciplinary design practice based on the Gold Coast. With a celebrated portfolio of high-rise multi-residential, hotel and mixed-use developments, this role offers the chance to work on high-profile projects from concept through delivery, alongside a collaborative and experienced team.

You'll play a key role in shaping the interiors of landmark buildings, contributing to design vision, client engagement, documentation and coordination. This is an ideal role for a talented designer ready to take ownership within a respected practice known for its integrated approach to architecture, interiors and landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design development for multi-residential, hotel and mixed-use tower interiors
  • Manage concept presentations, FF&E selections and documentation packages
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants and suppliers
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to design direction within the studio
  • Ensure high-quality design outcomes aligned with client and project objectives
Skills & Experience
  • Degree qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
  • 8+ years' professional experience, ideally on large-scale multi-residential or hotel projects
  • Strong conceptual design and spatial planning skills
  • Proficiency in Revit required (and Adobe Creative Suite highly regarded)
  • Confident client liaison and project coordination abilities
  • Excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills
