Could you be the next MR Driver Operator to join us?

We're looking for a hands-on MR Driver Operator to join our friendly Banyo team, supporting both delivery runs and warehouse operations.

This is a varied role combining driving support, manual handling, and customer interaction.

  • No two days the same including driving, delivery and warehouse support

Your new role

  • Coordinating deliveries of glass and long-length materials to customer sites
  • Helping customers on-site and ensuring goods are handled safely
  • Supporting warehouse operations when not on delivery runs, including picking and packing small items, large glass panels, long-length extrusions and performing quality checks on all orders.
  • Loading and unloading trucks for dispatch
  • Using forklifts as required, if competent (counterbalance/high reach)

What you'll need

  • A valid MR drivers licence
  • Forklift licence (desirable, but not essential)
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations or delivery support
  • Strong physical fitness – able to lift to 25kg
  • A strong safety focus and the ability to follow SOPs
  • Great customer service skills and a reliable, team-oriented attitude
