We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion for early childhood education and care
  • Holds a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or is working towards one) and a valid blue card.
  • Wants to contribute to a dynamic and passionate team.
  • Is excited to work closely with families to foster children's growth and development.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Create a safe, inclusive environment for all children.
  • Understand developmental milestones across age groups.
  • Plan and evaluate age-appropriate programs.
  • Adaptable to changing needs in early childhood settings.
  • Knowledge of the national early learning framework (birth to 5 years).
  • Understanding of quality service standards and assessment.
  • Respect for diverse cultures and individual needs.
  • Proficient in using computers for documenting children's learning and development.
  • Previous experience in childcare roles (Educator, Assistant, Childcare Assistant, etc.).
