Looking for an experienced Property Manager ready to take the next step into a leadership role?

We're looking for a confident and capable professional to take charge of the 
day-to-day operations
 of our property management business and lead with initiative, professionalism, and care.

The Role

This is a 
senior position
 suited to someone who can manage the daily operations of the business with minimal supervision. You'll oversee the property management team, ensure compliance and efficiency across all processes, and drive a culture of accountability and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day property management operations
  • Lead and support team members to deliver outstanding client service
  • Ensure all legislative, trust accounting, and compliance requirements are met
  • Manage escalations, client relationships, and key stakeholder communication
  • Review and improve internal systems and processes to drive efficiency
  • Provide regular business and portfolio performance reporting to management
  • Drive business growth through proactive business development and relationship management with new and existing clients

About You

You're a confident, organised professional who thrives in a leadership role and understands the full scope of property management operations. You take ownership, lead by example, and bring stability and structure to your team.

You will have:

  • 3-5+ years' experience in property management
  • Proven experience managing or leading a team
  • Sound knowledge of Queensland residential tenancy legislation
  • Exceptional communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g. Property Me)
  • Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License
