What We Do
We specialise in insurance repair work across domestic and commercial sectors. Every job is different, providing challenges and new tasks every day. We work across all Melbourne suburbs with our HQ based in Kilsyth.
The Role
We are looking for a confident Solar Installer to join our growing solar division. You'll work on residential and commercial installation projects, ensuring each system is installed up to the highest standards.
- Install new solar and battery systems, disconnect and reconnect existing systems for insurance repairs
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and design specifications
- Troubleshoot system issues and perform maintenance when needed
- Maintain clean, organised, and safe job sites
- Complete detailed solar reports and testing
- Train and mentor our team of electricians and apprentices in solar-specific tasks
- Work with our project manager and admin assistants to order materials, schedule and maintain paperwork for your projects
What We're Looking For
- Vic A-Grade Electrical Licence required
- SAA Accreditation preferred (Battery endorsement highly desirable) - for experienced applicants without accreditation; training, accreditation and time will be funded
- 5 years minimum experience in solar installation
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- White Card, working at heights and a valid driver's license
- Strong leadership, mentoring skills, compassion and empathy for our clients
