We are currently seeking a part time Maintenance Officer to join the team at Oaks Brisbane on Charlotte Suites. You will be responsible for maintaining the presentation of guest rooms and public areas and carrying out repairs within the property, for approx. 15hrs per week.

About the role:

  • Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required;
  • Provide induction and supervision of external contractors;
  • Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property; and
  • Maintain daily work records and service schedules

Hourly rates (excluding super)

Monday - Friday: $32.25 per hour

Saturday: $32.25 per hour

Sunday: $38.70 per hour
