Join as a Medical Receptionist for this busy department where you will be responsible for being the first point of contact. Must have previous medical reception experience and confident using a patient medical system, ideally Genie.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
• Managing incoming phone calls, emails, and appointment bookings
• Processing patient registrations and maintaining accurate records
• Handling payments and billing enquiries
• Supporting doctors and clinical staff with administrative tasks
• Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with medical privacy standards
• Assisting with general office duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a medical or allied health reception role is essential
• Proficiency in medical software systems Genie is highly desired
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
• A professional, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude
