Responsibilities

  • Develop targeted strategies to penetrate Australia's EV charging market.
  • Source core clients and partners via in-depth market research, industry networking, and lead follow-up.
  • Manage the full sales cycle of EV charging solutions: from demand analysis and customized proposal development to contract negotiation, closure, and post-sales service coordination.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders, drive satisfaction, repeat cooperation, and referrals.
  • Track sales pipeline, revenue targets, and market feedback related to EV charging products, providing data-driven reports to support global BD strategy optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, New Energy, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of proven BD/sales experience in Australia, preferably with a track record in EV industry, new energy, or infrastructure-related sectors.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; strong cross-cultural communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability in client acquisition, strategic partnership building, and promoting technology-based products/services.
  • Legal right to work in Australia; Sydney or Melbourne based is highly preferred.
