About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Engineer with Commercial high-rise experience on towers with 40+ floors to join our team on the Waterfront project.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Assign work and assist with reviews for accuracy and adherence to required standards of supplier, subcontractor quotations/purchase orders as well as subcontractor arrangements
• Manage on-site engineering functions through subordinates, which may include Project Engineers, and/or Cost/Planning Engineers
• Coordinate the activities of an engineering team, programme work loads and provide technical and administrative guidance to the engineering staff to ensure aims and objectives are effectively and economically achieved
• Ensure that project engineering completion is on time and within budget. Record completed work, costs incurred, materials used and retain progress drawings

What we are looking for:

• Commercial high-rise experience on 40+ floors essential
• Minimum 10 years post graduate engineering experience essential
• Delivery of Building projects and teams to program and budget specifications
• Advanced commercial acumen including cost reduction and meeting budgets
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science, Building Construction or equivalent
• Diploma of Project Management in Engineering Science, Building, Construction or equivalent
• Master's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
