Deliver high performance standards around all aspects of Passenger Services and customer processing, meeting the requirements of our Airlines and maintaining health and safety and overall good working practices in accordance with company policies and procedures at all times.

Main Accountabilities include:


• Customer service - assessing the needs of the customer


• Covering the oversize carousel and removing baggage and handing to passengers as required


• Assisting passengers at the baggage carousels, including removing baggage


• Loading and unloading baggage from trolleys and pushing/moving between customs hall and MHL office

(and any other locations as required)


• Assisting passengers to make reports using self-service functions (such as airline apps)


• Recording times and information as required


• Assists and transports passengers requiring wheelchair assistance


• Assists passengers with a reduced mobility and unaccompanied minors in transporting and claiming

personal belongings and baggage.


•Duties as directed by MHL Co-ordinator within skills base

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Efficient computer and typing skills.
  • Professional and courteous communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High level attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • A positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to problem solve and complete work accurately within a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work cohesively in a team environment.
  • Maintain to work cohesively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster without restrictions.
  • Applicants will be required to undergo a Police check, Airport security check and pre-employment medical as part of the standard conditions of employment.
