About the Role:

We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Front of House Staff. You'll be the face of Drunken Tiger Abzia, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional in-store experience from the moment they walk in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and take orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Operate the POS system, process payments (cash and card), and manage daily transactions.
  • Prepare and serve a range of juices, smoothies, coffees, and light food items according to our SOPs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front counter, seating area, and prep stations.
  • Ensure orders are prepared on time and presented to brand standards.
  • Replenish ingredients and display items as needed throughout the day.
  • Uphold food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a smooth and efficient service flow.
  • Provide friendly assistance to customers, answer questions about menu items, and promote special offers.

Who We're Looking For:

  • A positive, energetic personality with a strong customer-service mindset.
  • Experience in hospitality, cafés, or quick-service environments preferred (training provided).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and handling multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
