MulchXpress is a family-owned and operated business based in Dandenong South, proudly servicing clients across Victoria.

We run a fleet of rigid and semi-trailer trucks fitted with specialised blower equipment used to install materials such as soil, rock, and mulch at a wide range of sites, including:

  • Parks, schools, and playgrounds
  • Construction and civil sites
  • Residential properties
  • Freeways and wetlands

We're looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our team immediately.

This is a full-time role, beginning on a casual basis for a 3-month probationary period.

Daily Duties (include but are not limited to):
  • Driving to various sites (mainly across Metropolitan Melbourne, with some regional and occasional interstate work)
  • Operating blower trucks to install landscape materials
  • Previous truck driving is preferred (but not essential) for this position
  • Setting up and packing up pipes
  • General site clean-up using broom, shovel, and leaf blower
  • Completing delivery dockets and other basic paperwork
  • Providing friendly and professional customer service
  • Assisting with general yard and maintenance duties
  • Following safe work practices at all times

What We're Looking For:
  • Current HR license and a strong desire to obtain an HC truck license
  • Manual car experience is preferred (but not essential)
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent spoken English
  • Good physical fitness – this is a hands-on role
  • Reliable, hard-working attitude and pride in a job well done
