The Opportunity

We're seeking motivated and qualified Contract Administrators and Estimators to join our growing team. These roles offer exposure to diverse and rewarding projects under the guidance of an experienced management team.

A positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail are essential.

Contract Administrator – Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts, variations, extensions of time, and claims.
  • Interpret and administer client contracts, drawings, and specifications.
  • Submit and manage council approvals, RFIs, and warranty/insurance applications.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, councils, and utility providers.
  • Manage budgets, progress claims, supplier invoices, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee subcontractor engagement and compliance documentation.
  • Assist with procurement, tender preparation, and WHS compliance.
  • Maintain accurate contract records, reports, and construction software systems
  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance, quality, and project delivery.

Estimator – Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
  • Source, analyse, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier pricing.
  • Review architectural/engineering plans to identify scope, risks, and cost factors.
  • Prepare and review budgets, pricing submissions, and scopes of work.
  • Support business development through market research and cost benchmarking.
  • Use construction software systems for documentation and reporting.
  • Liaise with internal teams, architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Track budgets during pre-construction and support project handovers.
