Casual Store Assistant Holden Hill - Tuesdays 8:30am - 6pm and Fridays 8:30am - 5pm (with extra shifts when required)

The Role

We're looking for a customer-focused Store Assistant to join our Holden Hill team. You'll deliver exceptional service, support daily store operations, and help drive sales with your product knowledge and attention to detail.

About You

  • Retail and/or hairdressing experience essential
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Organised, reliable, and proactive team player
  • Confident with POS systems and stock management
  • Flexible with a positive, professional attitude

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional service in-store, online, and by phone
  • Process sales and payments accurately
  • Merchandise and maintain stock levels
  • Support promotions, product launches, and education events
  • Assist with store operations including opening/closing and stock control
