How you fit:

Results-driven Data Scientist with a strong foundation in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization. Skilled at extracting actionable insights from complex datasets to support business decision-making and strategy. Proficient in Python, R, SQL, and key tools like TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Power BI, and Tableau. Experienced in building predictive models, natural language processing, and data wrangling across diverse domains such as finance, healthcare, and e-commerce. Adept at communicating technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Passionate about leveraging data to drive innovation and solve real-world problems.

What you do:

 Data Analysis & Exploration:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform strategic decision-making.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover insights and guide model development.

Model Development & Evaluation:

• Design, build, and validate machine learning models for classification, regression, forecasting, and clustering tasks.
• Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning, cross-validation, and feature engineering.
• Document workflows, models and algorithms for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.

 Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with business units, product managers, and analysts to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Additional Responsibilities

• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging tools, technologies in data science, machine learning and analytics.
• Willing to try new ideas and emerging data science and AI technologies to solve business problems.

 What you need:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
• 2–5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related role
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R is a plus
• Experience with ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, XGBoost, etc.) and data tools (Pandas, NumPy, Jupyter)
• Skilled in visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Tableau, or Power BI
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data tools (e.g., Spark, BigQuery)
• Solid understanding of statistical methods, machine learning techniques, and model evaluation metrics
• Knowledge or experience working with AI technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or agent-based systems is a plus.
