How you fit:
Results-driven Data Scientist with a strong foundation in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization. Skilled at extracting actionable insights from complex datasets to support business decision-making and strategy. Proficient in Python, R, SQL, and key tools like TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Power BI, and Tableau. Experienced in building predictive models, natural language processing, and data wrangling across diverse domains such as finance, healthcare, and e-commerce. Adept at communicating technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Passionate about leveraging data to drive innovation and solve real-world problems.

What you do:
Data Analysis & Exploration:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform strategic decision-making.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover insights and guide model development.
Model Development & Evaluation:
- Design, build, and validate machine learning models for classification, regression, forecasting, and clustering tasks.
- Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning, cross-validation, and feature engineering.
- Document workflows, models and algorithms for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with business units, product managers, and analysts to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Additional Responsibilities
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging tools, technologies in data science, machine learning and analytics.
- Willing to try new ideas and emerging data science and AI technologies to solve business problems.
What you need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
- 2–5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related role
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R is a plus
- Experience with ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, XGBoost, etc.) and data tools (Pandas, NumPy, Jupyter)
- Skilled in visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Tableau, or Power BI
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data tools (e.g., Spark, BigQuery)
- Solid understanding of statistical methods, machine learning techniques, and model evaluation metrics
- Knowledge or experience working with AI technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or agent-based systems is a plus.
