Factory Person

AJ Plastics Manufacturing (Aust) Pty Ltd based in Geebung are a local manufacturer and supplier to the Horse Float, RV, Caravan and Canopy Industries. We have a Fulltime position available (Monday to Friday) (6am to 4pm).

(close to public transport - train & bus)

Role

  • Production of Acrylic Windows / Entry Doors / Access Hatches
  • Use of hand and power tools
  • Use of Drill Press / Drop & Bench Saws
  • Assembling of cut materials
  • Cutting and Drilling
  • Manual handling of cut material
  • Check completed product is correct to Order sheet
  • Clean, Pack, Measure and Weigh orders for transport
  • Working as part of a team to ensure orders are Manufactured in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Manufacturing background (minimum 2 years) (preferred window assembly / carpentry)
  • Good communication skills with co-workers and Management
  • MUST have strong experience with hand and power tools
  • MUST be good at Math and be able to read a tape measure
  • MUST be ready to hit the ground running
  • Quick learner
  • Punctuality and reliability essential
  • Be available Monday to Friday 6am to 4pm
