Since opening our first boutique in Chapel St, Melbourne. CALIBRE has grown it's boutique presence across the country, and is available to shop in Australia's premier shopping precincts.

To this day, CALIBRE remains a family-owned business and operates out of Melbourne, where craft and culture is cultivated with a focus on purely in-house designed product. Creating unique pieces for unique individuals.

About the Role:

We are looking for polished, enthusiastic and customer-oriented Casual Sales Associate to join the Calibre team. You will be the face of the brand, offering luxury service to our VIP clientele, whilst supporting the Store Business Manager. You will be responsible for:

  • Working one on one with customers to provide a luxury outfitting and styling service
  • Displaying strong knowledge of Calibre products to customers
  • Helping to build our VIP customer database

We have positions available at our Pacific Fair Boutique and David Jones location.

About You:

Our ideal team member will have a passion for the fashion industry and bring a professional and enthusiastic approach to the role. You will strive to produce the highest quality service to our customers and create a memorable experience for anyone walking through the Calibre doors. We are also looking for:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality
  • An understanding of how to generate repeat business through providing luxury service
  • The ability to learn and develop in a changing environment
  • Self-motivated and passionate about reaching and exceeding KPI's and targets
  • An innovative thinker that is willing to receive feedback and always try new things
