Bartender

Responsibilities:

  • Take and prepare drink orders, ensuring high-quality beverages and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised bar station.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure the bar is fully stocked and operational throughout your shift.
  • Follow Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines.
  • Provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Must Have:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced bartending environment.
  • Availability to work overnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.

Nice to Have:

  • Cocktail-making experience.
  • Approved Manager Card.
  • Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and clean glasses throughout the venue during busy periods.
  • Operate glass washers and ensure a steady supply of clean glasses for the bar and floor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the venue, including restocking supplies.
  • Assist the bar team by restocking as needed and ensuring sanitary products are always available.

Must Have:

  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Availability to work overnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
  • An enthusiastic, team-focused attitude.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (required before progressing to service roles).
