About the role

Reporting to the Assistant Accountant, your primary responsibilities in the role will be the processing and reconciliation off the company's vendor accounts.

Skills and experience

We are seeking applicants at entry level who are looking to take their first steps within a finance team.

You will be either have recently completed a relevant finance qualification or will be working towards your finance qualifications.

You may be an experienced Accounts Clerk who is looking to return to the workplace or new to Australia who has knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

You will be proficient in MS Suite, Excel and be able to work both independently and as part the administration team.

You will be a well-presented self-starter who demonstrates initiative and enthusiasm along with a flexible and adaptable nature. In addition, you will have strong communication skills with a confident phone manner to liaise with both internal and external.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing supplier Invoices across the business
  • Processing Internal reimbursements across the business
  • Process manufacturer warranty credit notes
  • Process weekly and monthly pay run of supplier and related accounts
  • Reconcile suppliers statements and company credit cards to ensure all invoices are processed in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Reimburse daily registration expenses supporting the vehicle administration team.

This role is full-time Monday to Friday with the flexibility to start and finish at 8.30am – 4.30pm or 9.00am – 5.00pm.
