About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse (Night Shift), you'll play a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our residents.
Your responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality clinical and personal care in accordance with residents' care plans
- Administering medications and maintaining accurate documentation
- Monitoring residents' physical and emotional wellbeing
- Assisting with wound care, observations, and infection control
- Supervising and supporting Assistants in Nursing with ADLs and pressure area management
- Promoting a safe, positive, and restful environment during night hours
You'll work to your full Enrolled Nurse scope of practice, providing clinical care, personal support, and guidance to the care team overnight.
Requirements
- Diploma of Nursing with current unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Minimum 1 year post-registration experience (aged care highly regarded)
- Current CPR Certificate
- National Police Check
- Medication administration competency
- Reliable transport and a current Driver's Licence
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position
