Role Description

We are looking for a pro-active Channel Account Manager in Adelaide, to form part of a high-performance team. You will be responsible for improving revenue and executing sales strategies for a geographical area by developing and maintaining strong relationships with the Siniat channel to market, builders and contractors.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and recommend business development opportunities in conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, builders and contractors with an aim to ensure continued success and profitable growth
  • Develop strategic plans to grow market share by maintaining regular and effective call cycles
  • Ensure the sales channels to market and end users are fully trained in Siniat branded products and systems
  • Ensuring our CRM is regularly updated

About You

  • Proven sales experience in the building and construction industry, with a successful track record in developing sales through a distributor network
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills together with well-developed negotiation and time management skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM systems ie: Salesforce
  • Results driven, confident, focused and self-motivated with a proactive attitude
  • Thrive in a competitive environment demonstrating superior business acumen, innovation and strategic thinking
