Job Description:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic Cleaners to join our Real Caring team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others and have a commitment to delivering excellent care. As a Cleaner at Real Caring, you will contribute significantly to the well-being and comfort of our consumers, ensuring that their homes are clean, safe, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, and laundry, to ensure a hygienic living environment.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support.
  • Monitor and report any changes in consumers' health or behaviour.
  • Work closely with family members and Care Managers to deliver holistic, consumer-centred care.

Qualifications:

  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Current Police Check.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a caring attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
