WaterPonyz Swim School is on the lookout for our next Centre Coordinator at Ocean Reef – and it could be you

Are you someone who:

Loves working with children and watching them grow?

Brings enthusiasm, energy, and a big smile to work every day?

Gets satisfaction from helping kids master a vital life skill – swimming?

Has a knack for teamwork, positivity, and building trust?

Holds a current First Aid certificate & Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain)?

Already has swim teacher qualifications – or keen to get them?

What the role involves:

As part of our management team, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the center, including:

  • Staff rostering & support
  • Customer service & enrolments
  • Administration & computer systems
  • Maintaining policies & procedures
  • Hitting KPIs & keeping operations on track
  • Stock ordering & pool operations
  • Centre cleanliness & maintenance

What we're looking for:

  • Strong customer service background (essential)
  • Great communication & attention to detail
  • Solid computer skills
  • A reliable work ethic and willingness to grow
  • Someone confident, enthusiastic, and eager to learn – training provided

The role:

  • Full-time (38 hours per week)
  • Mostly Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend work
