Chef de Partie

The Little Banksia in Kensington, WA is looking for a Chef de Partie who will be responsible for running a section in our busy kitchen. Working alongside the Head Chef, you will be expected to produce high quality exceptionally plated food, while also assisting with menu planning, ordering and staff training.

You should possess the following skills

  • Certificate 3 in commercial cookery
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Have a passion for local seasonal produce
  • A good knowledge of current trends
  • Ability to excel in a high-volume, high-pressure environment
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in the absence of the Head Chef
  • Must have full work rights in Australia
