Administrative Assistant - Fluent in Italian | Monday to Friday | Immediate Start

Location: Sydney CBD

Hours: Up to 38 hours per week | Monday to Friday

We're looking for a reliable and well-organised Administrative Assistant who speaks fluent Italian to join our team. This is a casual position supporting both the consular and administrative sections of a diplomatic office.

About the role:

You'll mostly be working behind the scenes, helping with a range of admin tasks like:

  • Entering and updating data
  • Sending out confirmation emails
  • Archiving files, scanning, and copying documents

From time to time, you may also be asked to assist the Consul General's secretary with tasks such as:

  • Welcoming guests and visitors
  • Answering phone calls
  • Updating the appointment calendar

You'll always be working under the guidance of the Consul General's personal assistant, and support will be there when you need it.

What we're looking for:
  • You must be fluent in Italian and English - both spoken and written
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable with data entry and general admin duties
  • Friendly and professional when dealing with people
  • Able to handle confidential information with care
  • Someone who can manage different tasks calmly and efficiently
