Senior EMS Fitness Coach — XLAB EMS (Moonee Ponds) 20-25hrs per week

We're shaping fitness at XLAB EMS — and we need someone exceptional to shape how full-body workouts are delivered in both small-group and 1:1 formats. This is not a run-of-the-mill PT gig. It's a premium coaching role for someone who lives for results, personal connection and impeccable coaching standards.

The role

You'll coach clients through next-gen EMS sessions in our boutique Moonee Ponds studio, guiding them to feel good and transform inside and out. You'll bring curiosity, care and precision—listening first, educating clearly, and correcting technique to a high standard.

You are


• An experienced coach who thrives in a premium, client-centred environment


• High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust quickly


• Obsessed with education, form and safety; you coach with clarity and empathy


• A motivator who inspires, encourages and drives momentum


• Qualified with relevant fitness credentials (e.g., Cert III/IV in Fitness or equivalent)

What you'll own — brilliantly


• Deliver 1:1 and small-group EMS sessions (training provided)


• Build supportive client relationships based on trust and care


• Provide clear instruction, encouragement and accountability


• Assist with light studio operations (bookings, set-up, client support)


• Contribute to a calm, welcoming and professional studio atmosphere
