BUNDABERG QUICK SIGNS are seeking an experienced person for signage production and installation who has in-depth industry knowledge . You will have the opportunity to work in a well-established business in a role where you will get to experience the diversity of our industry while working on different and varied projects, for a wide range of clients.

We will require you to assist in manufacture and installation of all aspects of signage and vinyl graphics. You will ideally have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position, enjoy working in a small team environment, present confidently on site and have the ability to maintain high attention to detail.

Pay rate will be based on experience and capabilities.

Duties Include

  • Assisting in production, manufacturing and installation of signage projects
  • Attending site and presenting professionally in front of clients
  • Ability to use design programs for basic design and sending files to rip software
  • Operating computer cutting plotter and printer rip software and hardware
  • General hand/power tool operation
  • Weeding and applying computer cut graphics and printed self-adhesive vinyl to various substrates
  • Laminating and operating mounting table (can easily be trained)
  • Installation of vinyl lettering, digital prints and wall graphics, one-way vision prints, frosting, lightboxes and shopfront panels.
  • Ability to part wrap vehicles using digitally printed media (beneficial)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of materials and production methods used in signage
  • Ability to follow instructions and artwork proofs
  • Ability to work efficiently and maintain a consistently high attention to detail
  • Experience with onsite signage installations is essential
  • EWP License, be able to work on ladders, Confident working at heights
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as being able to work unsupervised when required
  • Ability to maintain safe work practices at all times
  • Must have a Australian manual driver's license
  • White card essential
  • Willing to provide a blue card upon request
  • Hours are Monday to Friday
