We are Mandurah's Leading Arboriculture Company and our business is booming.  We've got so many projects on the go that we need another pair of hands  All of our Commercial, residential and council clients are screaming at us to get their work done. We've been in business for 17 years (Under Alex's Management for 7 years) and to be honest, in the early days we were just another company that hired an Arborist for more money, invested minimally and would eventually lose our best people. After learning the hard way I realised that we needed to focus on company culture and communication if we want to be the leader of our industry.

Here's what we need from you:

Cert III in Arb Climbing (or international equivalent) and 3 years post apprenticeship experience
Cert II in ESI (not essential)
MR truck license is a must
Hold a current EWP license
Experience in using excavators, bobcats, stump grinders or have worked with them onsite
Be able to work un-supervised, run your own jobs jobs and train other team members.
Honest and trustworthy.
Experience in using cranes for tree removal (not essential)
Have experience in large tree removals, large pruning works.
Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch.
Great people skills both with fellow workmates and customers.
