About the role

Priceline Pharmacy Yeerongpilly is seeking an experienced and driven Retail Manager to lead and inspire our team at our Yeerongpilly, QLD location. As Retail Manager, you'll be at the heart of the store, responsible for day-to-day operations, creating an exceptional customer experience and driving both team performance and business growth. This is a full-time, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a community-focused retail environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead daily store operations, including inventory control, rostering, and reporting
  • Deliver hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentoring to develop a high-performing team
  • Drive merchandising, promotional activity, and sales performance
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant operational and regulatory requirements
  • Foster a welcoming, professional customer experience with a genuine care approach
  • Work closely with head office and regional teams to align with Priceline's broader goals

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a retail management role (pharmacy or health/beauty experience preferred)
  • Natural leader with strong people management and coaching skills

  • Experience with stock control, budgets, and store performance analysis
