L.E.P.T Basecamp has just opened a brand-new functional training studio in Katoomba – and we're growing fast We're a female-owned and led gym with a strong focus on creating a safe, empowering space where women feel seen, heard, and supported.

We have more leads than we can handle and are looking for a motivated, community-minded Personal Trainer to join our team.

What we're about:

We're not a machine-based gym – we're a functional training space dedicated to strength, confidence, and connection. Our members love our supportive atmosphere and results-driven approach.

What you'll do:

  • Run small group classes in our brand-new studio
  • Take on Personal Training clients (we've got leads ready for you)
  • Build amazing relationships with clients who want to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident

Who we're looking for:

  • PT with Cert III & IV in Fitness (newly qualified welcome)
  • Energetic, reliable, and passionate about helping people
  • Someone who thrives in a supportive, community-driven environment

Location: Katoomba, NSW
