Net Developer

The Role

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Mid-level Full-Stack developer looking to design and develop cutting-edge software solutions for our clients. You love to collaborate and express your ideas within the team, always focused on delivering with high quality standards that promotes excellence. You will work with modern technology and cloud-based platforms to deliver real values for real estate agents, lawyers, and conveyancers. You will join our Brisbane CBD office where innovation drives opportunities.

About you

You're a motivated and passionate developer who delivers high-quality work in an agile environment. You take ownership, drive outcomes, and continuously improve systems. With strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns, you write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. You stay current with new technologies, share insights with your team, and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Ownership of all aspects of our software product: architecture, quality & user experience
• Implementing Security Measures and Optimising Performance

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

Core Tech Stack/Architecture C#, .Net, EF Core, React (Typescript), Microsoft SQL Server, Kafka, Kubernetes & Docker, AWS, REST APIs, Event Driven Architecture and Microservices. We use Git & GitHub for source control, Azure DevOps for CI/CD.

Bonus points

• Experience with Domain-Driven Design: bounded contexts, aggregates, ubiquitous language applied in production.
• Hands-on with Frontend Module Federation: independently deployable micro-frontends, shared runtime contracts, ve
• Programmatic convention testing in C#/.NET: enforce layering, dependencies, and naming via unitized rules and CI gates
• Strong auth web-auth skillset: OIDC and OAuth 2.1, PKCE, JWT and session hygiene, SSO and identity federation, secrets management, and least-privilege enforcement.
• Agentic AI in dev workflow: effective use of tools like GitHub Copilot and similar, to scaffold tests, refactor, document, review, and automate routine IDE/CI tasks.
